Well they first checked my battery and determined that the battery was good. I was kind of aggravated that they didn’t replace my battery because I had driven 80 miles round trip. They asked me questions and determined that I needed the latest update. They were right! My phone runs extremely fast and they didn’t just sell me a battery and send me out the door. The went beyond what I expected and did a great job. I will be back.
