STOP!! Do not do business with these people. My wife purchased a new stereo head unit and 4 speakers for my truck for our anniversary. I felt like I could do it myself but with the plastic door panels these days its easy to break one so I ask them if they could install it and they told me sure no problem. I had everything I needed for the install including wiring. 1. The owner told me the wiring harness I had would not work and insisted I buy one from him for $190.00 After about 10 minutes of arguing I told him to just install it anyway. 2. The job should have taken no more than an hour and it took 3 hrs. 3. After returning to pick up my truck they showed me were the had drilled holes in my doors to make the speakers fit. Who does this without asking? 4. 8 out of 10 door panels they removed they broke the clips on. My door panels were barely hanging on and the dash is cracked and warped. 5. The system sounded really noisy so I asked him to check it and he said he may have wired the speakers backwards. REALLY! 6. When they put the passenger’s side door panel back on they drilled through the wiring harness for the power window and ruined it. 7. After removing the panels again to check the wiring I realized the damage they had done to the panels and that they used a dremmel tool and wood screws to mount the speakers. 8. Had to replace the front panels they drilled into and repair the rest. By this time I was furious and told them to stop and to step away from my truck. I put my old broken panels in my back seat and drove off. Do not use these people they are liars and thieves. Take it to B.J. Chauvin at Music Express Car Audio. Rather than try to take them to small claims court to reclaim the $200 for the install plus the cost of the panels I had to replace $80 I have chosen to post a negative review instead.
